Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetElectricalJobs.com ("Service"), operated by GetElectricalJobs.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is provided in accordance with Polish law, particularly the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

2. Service Description

GetElectricalJobs.com is a job board platform that connects companies with electrical engineers, electricians, electrical contractors, and power systems experts. We provide:

• Job posting and browsing services
• Company and candidate profiles
• Information about AI development and career opportunities
• Related services in the field of AI employment

3. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in accordance with Polish financial regulations. Prices for our services are provided in the currency specified on the Service. VAT invoices are issued according to Polish tax regulations.

By making a payment for job posting or promotion services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service is provided immediately upon payment through job listing publication or promotion activation
• Due to the immediate nature of the service provision ("usługa wykonywana od razu"), payments are non-refundable
• The service is considered fully delivered once your job posting is published or promotion is activated
• You expressly agree to lose your right of withdrawal due to immediate service provision, in accordance with Article 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act

This is in accordance with Polish law regarding immediate service provision ("świadczenie usług rozpoczęte za zgodą konsumenta przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia od umowy").

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on GetElectricalJobs.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to us or our licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Content posted by users of the Service

8. Complaints

In accordance with Polish law, users have the right to file complaints regarding our Service. Complaints should be sent to hello@getelectricaljobs.com. We will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for users who violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Polish courts with jurisdiction over our registered office location. Users have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods in accordance with Polish law.
