As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable energy.
Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems for solar energy projects. You will work closely with our project managers and construction teams to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical systems for solar panels, inverters, and related equipment.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate electrical infrastructure and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop project plans and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in solar systems and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior electricians and apprentices.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred.
- Valid electrician’s license preferred but not required.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in electrical work, with a focus on renewable energy or solar construction preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety practices.
- Familiarity with solar technology, including photovoltaic systems and inverters.
