Electrician

We are seeking all levels of Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in commercial or residential electrical work. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and/ or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in commercial and / or residential settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Use voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems for functionality and safety.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems by diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate work on construction projects.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Assist in low voltage installations as needed, including fire alarm systems and telecommunications wiring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
• Experience in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations.
• Familiarity with using testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
